Meet the Doctor:

"I've been wearing glasses all of my life. I know what makes them comfortable." - Dr. Chung

Dr. Randall Chung was born and raised in San Francisco. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, majoring in Physical Science. He received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees at the Southern California College of Optometry.

Dr. Chung has more than 26 years of clinical experience in comprehensive optometric care. He is licensed to practice optometry in the State of California. He is certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. He also has an active license to practice optometry in the State of Hawaii. Clinical interests of Dr. Chung include family vision care, the diagnosis and treatment of medical eye conditions and management of cataract and LASIK refractive surgery. He is an early adopter of state-of-the-art instrumentation to facilitate early detection of ocular diseases. He always provide quality time to communicate with his patients. His goal is to help promote and maintain optimum long-term ocular health.  

Professional affiliations for Dr. Chung include the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Santa Clara County Optometric Society, and serving as Advisory Board Chair of TLC Laser Eye Centers Silicon Valley. 

Dr. Chung has lived in Morgan Hill since 1984, and is a member of the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce. He is graduate of Leadership Morgan Hill, and supports various community causes in the South Valley region. Dr. Chung enjoys travel, tennis and studying jazz piano.
